St. Felix Golf Scramble - May 10, 2025 

Dear St. Felix Supporter,
We would like to invite you to consider participating in the annual golf fundraiser for St. Felix Catholic
School of Wabasha. As a private Catholic elementary school with a deep-rooted history in the
Wabasha community, St. Felix relies on events like this to support program development and growth.
This year’s tournament will be held on Saturday, May 10, at The Bluffs at Coffee Mill in Wabasha. We
hope we can count on your generous support.
Opportunities for your organization include:

1) Hole Sponsorship ($150): Along with having your name listed on the tee box, we also offer a
unique opportunity for you to come face to face with all golf participants on the course to
promote your business like only you can. Have a representative on the tee box and offer a fun
promotion, contest, or side event.

2) Prize Donation: Offer a single donation to be used as a door prize, auction, or raffle item.

3) Be a Player: Golfers of any ability are welcome to play. Gather a group of employees, friends,
classmates or business associates. Four-person best shot; Shotgun start at 12:00 pm.

4) Dinner (Tickets are $25/adult): Have plans during the day? Plan to join us for a delicious
dinner, raffles (Including our famous Ball-Drop) and auction. Dinner will be held at the golf
course. All tickets must be purchased in advance. Dinner is tentatively scheduled for 5:30 pm.

5) Purchase Balls for the Ball-Drop ($5/ball): Members of the Wabasha Fire Department will
climb to the top of the truck’s extension ladder and drop up to 500 golf balls. If your ball goes
into the hole, you’ll receive a portion of the money collected.

All donations are greatly appreciated, and your business will be recognized and promoted throughout
